As the situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we wanted to let everyone know that the health and well-being of our employees is our top priority. We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, as well as our Federal and Local Government officials, and will continue to seek guidance from all of these agencies.
For our valued partners and customers, CTD is not currently experiencing any delays or impacts to our supply chain and deliveries. Employees that are able to work from home are doing so to ensure we limit the opportunities for exposure. Essential, on-site employees are taking additional precautions to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, both for our team and our customers.
While we don’t expect any significant business impacts during this time, there may be events beyond our control such as shipping or logistics delays (e.g. obtaining raw materials) due to the global re-prioritizing of resources to limit the spread of the virus. We appreciate your patience in working through these challenges together!
CTD leadership will continue to actively monitor the ever-evolving situation to deliver responsive and appropriate responses due to the pandemic.
Additionally, in the last several weeks, we have taken the following steps among many others to ensure the health and safety of our team:
- Restricted all employee travel
- Increased use of technology for virtual meetings
- Limited visits to our facilities with exceptions for auditors and maintenance contractors
- Limited team meetings to open areas
- Emphasized proactive health-status changes to protect the well-being of all employees
CTD will continue efforts to keep our team safe so we can continue to serve our customers.
At this time, our business is operating normally with no reduction in capacity or capability.
