CTD Presentation on Advanced Composites for Marine Applications Webiner hosted by Sandia

CTD’s Paul Fabian presented a perspective on utilizing advanced composites for use in Marine Energy applications, primarily focusing on CTD’s experience with our CTD-K08 and CTD-133 systems in a Composite Hydroturbine Rubber (Blade) program for the US DOE. The project goal was to verify that composite materials are a reliable and economic alternative to traditional metallic runners to reduce costs and increase energy capture.
